Hi,

Due to a lot of things and events coming up, please ask the respective person-in-charge for details and information regarding about events that will take place. Notifications by email will be send out to all (Meaning the events that will take place will be send out by the person in charge), so please look for the respective person-in-charge who send the email for more info.
