About Crossfire Paintball

Crossfire Paintball is Singapore¡¯s most innovative paintball venue. Unlike other venues that are normally played on an open field with small obstacles placed in certain locations, Crossfire is played on a specially sculptured field.

Check out the challenging obstacles such as the maze, flying fox and castle. Players will have a fun time running and hiding among these structures.

And if you are aspiring to be a marksman, pit your shooting skills against your friends and colleagues using our 'Bravo-1' paintguns! Crossfire paintguns are modelled after real M-16 rifles to give you that realistic and unique experience.

The paintballs are loaded via the magazine and powered by carbon dioxide. Don¡¯t worry about staining your clothes. The paintballs are fully biodegradable, non-toxic and water-soluble. Come play at Crossfire Paintball. Hear the his! sing of the paintballs flying by. Feel the sting of the paintball splatter on you. It will be the most fun you will ever experience!

COST: $27 inclusive of 50 paint balls, paint-ball rifle, safety mask, protective vest (extra pellets at $0.75 for 10 )

NPSC Committee AY 10/11 - Open for Application!

Hi Everyone!

The time has come to choose a new committee for Ngee Ann Polytechnic Shooting Club in the upcoming academic year 2010/2011. If you’re interested to test your skills as a leader or keen on planning massive activities and events for NPSC, here is your chance to do it!

Criteria:
You would have to devote your time regularly for any meetings called on by the president, and all committee members should contribute to the best of their abilities. All emails sent to committee members have to be replied to immediately after receiving it, and all possible absence should be made known to any committee members at least 1 day in advance; subjected to changes by coordinator.

We hope that you take this application seriously and would hope to see you soon.

**Before deciding on any committee positions, do note that despite every committee positions having their own different responsibilities and workload, no task is ever simple.

For those interested in applying for the roles and have not yet receive any email, kindly send an email to cca_shooting@np.edu.sg with your name and we will send the application form to you. Otherwise you can try to catch me online in msn and ask for the form.

NPSC Lane bookings/training

From next week onwards, we will be using a new booking system. For more info, find the I/Cs of each day this week at the range and we will update more on the booking systems.

NPSC TRAININGS

Trainings for Shooting Club resume tomorrow(16/06/09) onwards, it will be from 6pm to 10pm from tuesday to friday. Please note that for this week, there is no bookings of lanes, therefore availability of lanes will be first come first serve. Please bring along extra money if you wish to book lanes for the following weeks.

First meetings for New members

Hi Everyone!!!

Ngee Ann Polytechnic Shooting Club would first like to extend its warm welcome to all new and current students back to school and its heartfelt appreciation for registering your interest in our Club.

Please be reminded that there will be a briefing held this Thursday. Details of the briefing are as follows:

Date: 23 April 2009, Thursday
Time: 6 p.m.
Venue: Lecture Theatre 51B (Under Makan Place)
Duration: 1 - 1.5 hours

The briefing will cover a more in-depth understanding of our club, details of our upcoming camp, the shooting course(s) and the costs & fees.

All students who do not have past shooting experiences in either Air Rifle or Air Pistol, please bring at least $25 to pay as deposit for the shooting course if you are sure to sign up for it. If you are in doubt as to whether your experience is valid for exemption from the course, please bring along the same amount and any valid certification/proof for verification.

Any students who are unable to turn up for the briefing on this Thursday, please reply to cca_shooting@np.edu.sg with your contact details . Follow-up actions will be taken to update you accordingly.
